In memory of Papi (Gabriel Velazquez)

Gabriel Velasquez, was one of the kindest humans I have worked with to date. Our Bread & Company / Sun & Fork / First Watch family called him “papi”, for good reason. Every single day, he was the same happy, hard worker and brought happiness to everyone when they knew that he was coming in. The last several months have been a private fight for Papi, against covid-19 and he took his last breaths on Saturday. In honor of our love and appreciation for this beautiful human life, we are asking for any contributions that can be made for his son to lay his body to rest.
