<div>Recently, our Real Estate Community experienced a profound loss with the passing of my dear friend and business partner, Pamela Anderson, known to many as Pam. Kelly Anderson and his wife Pam are cherished friends, leaders in God's Kingdom, and leaders everywhere they associate.

<div>Pam left us on September 9th, 2024, and her absence is deeply felt. Together, we owned several rental properties that we acquired through creative financing. We also worked together wholesaling pre-foreclosures. Beyond our business ventures, we shared a love for camping, fishing, and fellowship, often discussing our faith and the teachings of Jesus Christ.

<div><strong>Pam’s passing has placed a significant financial burden on Kelly, and I am raising funds to help alleviate some of this stress.</strong> Any support you can provide will go a long way in helping Kelly during this difficult time. <strong>Pam’s funeral will be held on Saturday, September 28th, and your generosity will help ensure that her family can focus on healing rather than financial worries.</strong>
