In Memory of Mridula Shah

Our dear mother, Mridula Shah, left us recently after giving us a lifetime of love. She struggled with kidney problems all her life. Due to a back pain problem, she began to take a medication which caused her kidney failure to the one kidney she had left. She then underwent peritoneal dialysis, a kidney transplant, and many years of medications to keep her kidney healthy. She survived to the ripe age of 85, and left us just now, a condition starting with dehydration that resulted in complete kidney failure. She was a fighter, and she has made us so proud to be her children.In her honor, we want to help others with her health conditions to overcome them. No one should have to suffer from any problems with this vital organ, and she would never want someone to do so.
