It is with deep pain that we mourn the loss of a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother and friend, Miho (Shigematsu) Kuramura.

She has started her eternal journey at 4am on December 31st, 2017 due to complications from her cancer. She was only 45.

She is survived by her parents, siblings, husband, daughter, Mia, who had just turned 6 years old in November, and a host of other family and friends who loved and adored her.

Miho's passing is a shock to all of us. She was a very kind and loving person, who would sacrifice anything for her family and friends. Her smile and cheerful voice still echos in our memories.

The purpose of this fundraising campaign is to honor her husband’s wish to have a college education fund setup for Mia.

As we can all imagine, Mia will have a very long road ahead without her mother, and she can use any support we can provide. All proceeds from this fundraising will be dedicated to her future education.
