Our hearts are shattered in pieces as we mourn the loss of Miguel Grande (Rosas Grande) aka “The Pasta King!”, who tragically passed away on Friday, April 24, 2020 due to COVID-19.
For those of us who have had the pleasure of working with him, no words can encompass how much we will miss him and his smile. Rarely will you meet a man with such dedication and skill and strong work ethics and kindness.
For those of you who have eaten our handmade fresh pastas for the last 19 years, most likely Miguel made them and you had a dish made with love and honesty.
Our hearts go out to his wife Maribel Luna, and his daughters Guadalupe, Erika, Yulisa, and Emely.
We ask for any support you can give to his family towards their expenses during this very difficult time. We know these are financially tumultuous days for everyone. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
Nuestros corazones se rompen en pedazos mientras lloramos la pérdida de Miguel Grande (Rosas Grande), también conocido como "The Pasta King!", Quien falleció trágicamente el viernes 24 de abril de 2020 debido a COVID-19.
Para aquellos de nosotros que tuvimos el placer de trabajar con él, ninguna palabra puede abarcar cuánto lo extrañaremos a él y a su sonrisa. Rara vez conocerá a un hombre con tanta dedicación y habilidad y una fuerte ética de trabajo y amabilidad.
