On September 1, 2025, our family tragically lost my cousin Luis Lopez. Luis truly had the kindest soul and always saw the good in everyone. Those who knew him can attest that they knew they could always count on him for anything, no matter what. You could always count on seeing him with a smile on his face. He was the best son, brother, uncle, grand-son, cousin, and friend anyone could ever hope for. Luis lived his life to the fullest and always made an effort to be present for his family. He was our living form of a superhero. Luis loved music, playing his guitar, and staying active. He was and always will be the light and love of his parents and sisters’ lives. Words will never be enough to describe the man he was. It seems unfair that we will never get to witness all of the amazing things he had planned for his life. Our hearts are so heavy as we all try to process a life without him. We all miss him so much, but his memory will always live through us. Rest in peace cousin, we love you so much!
