In Memory of Leslie Wiggins Wood

Sunday, August 26, was an incredibly shocking and sad day for our family. We have been shaken by the sudden loss of my aunt Leslie. If you knew her, you were one of the lucky ones. If you were family, you were truly blessed. You didn't have to be blood to be counted as family to her. You just knew. She loved so many people but was fiercely in love with her family. Her kids and grandkids were her life. She had just celebrated her 52nd birthday earlier this month, much too young to go so soon. There was still so much to see and do. As you can see by the pictures, she loved and was loved. She seemed to have a baby or two in her hands more often than not. She had a hand in raising us all in some way. There aren't words to describe how she will be missed. Nothing will ever be the same. Some people leave that kind of footprint in your life. She did that.

We want to use this to help cover funeral expenses. Anything above that will go toward lost wages as the family deals with being off work to make arrangements and for any medical bills. All of the funds raised will go to her husband Mark and her son Jesse. Anything is appreciated. Please share to help us meet the goal. I would love to take the financial burden off of them completely. It's the last thing they need at the moment. Thank you ❤️
