Remembering Landon Byron Wright

Landon passed away on February 2, 2020. He was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew and cousin and a friend to so many who loved and admired him. He was one of a kind with a very generous heart, an incredible sense of humor and a smile that could light up a room. In high school he was a varsity athlete excelling on the basketball court and the football field. He participated in FFA and was a force on the lumberjack team. He was a hard worker, an avid hunter, fisherman and all around sportsman. He went to Paul Smith’s College and was on the lumberjack team there as well.  He wanted to be a Conservation Officer from the time he was in 5th grade but decided to learn the trade of diesel technician because, being a Game warden might cut into his hunting and fishing time, he said. Landon’s Memory will carry on through memorial contributions that will benefit kid’s outdoors experiences like Barry Conservation Camp in the White Mountains in Berlin, New Hampshire. Here kids 10-17 years old get to make memories and experience many things that Landon loved. Your support is greatly appreciated.
