In Memory of Joan Higham Died Age 95 of Covid 19

I'm raising money in aid of CHESTERFIELD ROYAL HOSPITAL NHS FOUNDATION TRUST GENERAL CHARITY - End of Life Care Team and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.  Joan was my grandmother. 

Joan was much loved by her family and friends .

She very sadly passed away at the Chesterfield Royal Hospital on the 9th April 2020 as a result of Corona Virus.

Joan enjoyed a good life, she loved her family her dog and dancing and she always lived life to the full.  

This virus has devastated so many lives.  Joan had a very good life but it was heartbreaking to not be able to be there for her at the end.  

Her funeral will be limited to just 5 people meaning her grandchildren including myself cannot attend.  It’s hard to accept she is no longer with us. 

I set up this page as I know Joan would not want us  to be sad, she would want us to work together to beat this virus and I know she would sincerely want to thank the end of life care team. 

On her behalf I say stay at home and let’s send this virus packing!!!
