In Memory of Ian McIntyre

Donation protected
In loving memory of Ian McIntyre. The very special and deeply loved husband to Corrinne and dad to Arron, Kirstie and Joe passed away peacefully in his sleep on the 28th February 2018 after battling Mesothelioma, an aggressive type of asbestos related cancer.

The family are trying to raise money as a small token of thanks for two charities which greatly helped Ian throughout his illness.

HASAG, a support group for people suffering with asbestos related conditions, founded in 2006 by Diane Salisbury and Lynne Squibb. They offered Ian and his family invaluable information and advice at such a distressing time.

Countess Mountbatten Hospice, a palliative care unit run by Univeristy Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. They provide palliative care services to people affected by life limiting illnesses. Ian received excellent care during his short time there and the calming and caring environment made his last few days much easier to bear.

Any donations towards these two wonderful charities will be very welcome.
