Beloved daughter, sister, aunty and mother

26.9.1976 to 14.8.2021

Our sister, Heidi Louise Kernick, sadly passed away on the morning of Saturday 14th August 2021, leaving behind her three beautiful children Beth, Jack and Poppy.

We would like to raise funds in her memory to help give her 3 children a financial foundation which can give them a better future and some security. Our dream is to raise £3000, £1000 for each of her 3 children to be put into long term saving for them each.

Losing a parent is unbearable at any time, but for these children to lose their Mum so young is devastating. Heidi struggled in her life with addiction and was unable to give her children the life she wanted for them. We hope we can change that through this page, and give them something more in her memory.

Heidi was a beautiful soul with the biggest heart and was full of potential. She adored her three children, who were everything to her. She loved music and inspirational poetry and was a very talented artist. She was fiercely loyal and protective of her family and everyone she cared about. She was the queen of putting on a brave face and a smile despite her pain and always acted the fool in order to bring a smile to someone. Sadly her potential was never realised as she was haunted by so many things and her life was sadly cut short. We will remember her fondly and focus on happier times growing up together, which were full of mischief and love.

So instead of sending flowers, if you could please donate any amount you can towards Beth, Jack and Poppy’s future to honour Heidi’s memory and her love for her children. It would mean the world to us to give some purpose to losing our sister so soon.
