On Saturday February 9th in Danbury CT Hailey made the ultimate decision to leave her Earthly bond by committing suicide to be with God.
Hailey has suffered with her stability for the past few years. She decided that she didn’t want to go through the rest of her life trying to cope with her illness and troubles to have a normal life. Hailey was not a victim of bullying despite what the media has reported. To know Hailey the way I do, is to know that Hailey would confront any adversary directly and resolve their differences immediately.
She leaves a huge emptiness in the hearts of all of us who loved her, many who were her friends, and even more who just had a glimmer of her through our family.
Hailey was beautiful inside and out. She had an amazing sense of humor that matched her father. She was 16, bubbly, outgoing, vivacious, funny, silly at times and just simply like no other. She loved rap music, her friends, cousins and her entire family.
We we want to remember Hailey for all she had to offer and celebrate her life. The best way we can do that is to help save another life. Please help us by donating to the AFSP who helps those in need and others that need to know more about suicide awareness and prevention.
