Dear friends, family, and fellow travellers.
The death of Gypsy Birch has hit the community hard, but none more so than his wife and mother, close family and special friends. The need to do something in the face of tragedy is strong. Many folks have done things big and small. Right now, there are offers of donations to help support Juniper Birch, and to address the very real, practical aspects of death.
Gypsy’s mental health has been poor for some time. Likely as a result, he worked less and accumulated considerable debt, which will be required to be paid from his estate. There was no legal will, but instructions provided. Gypsy leaves behind his wife, 2 dogs and 4 cats which have immediate needs as well. The types of expenses (known to date):
Legal fees for executor and probate;
Outstanding taxes, if required;
Outstanding bills accumulated by Gypsy;
Immediate living expenses for his wife and pets;
Repairs to flood damage; and,
Replacing the truck.
All financial donations will be provided directly to Juniper, to be spent at her sole discretion. Your support is very much appreciated.
