In memory of Grace Gomes-Leach

On the 31st of December 2017 the most positive, inspiring, beautiful woman Grace Gomes-Leach was taken away from us too soon.
For those of you who didn’t know Grace, she had been struggling with multiple health conditions for over 2 decades. Grace had been on life-support machine twice and fought to live for her family and friends. Grace loved life and was always there to help anyone, wether it be sending a funny meme on Facebook to cheer someone up when some one was down to letting struggling people stay at her home.
Grace would want you to all stay positive, be good to each other, be as happy as you can and enjoy every second of your life like she did.
Grace’s funeral service will be at the Eastern Suburbs crematorium south chapel at 2pm on Thursday 11th January 2018.
