<div>This is Norma; my grandson, <strong>Franky was killed</strong>. We are trying to come to terms with how in the world this could have happened to someone who was nothing but kind, loving, and one of the most beautiful souls anyone could meet. Franky always had a smile on his face regardless of his challenges in life. Nothing was ever handed to him; he was raised by his mom, a single mother, who did the best she could. He bought himself his first car, was very frugal with his money on anything that was for HIM but very giving to everyone else. He loved his nieces and nephews, and they adored him.
