My father was born on May 18, 1955 in Los Mochis, Sinaloa and raised in Atengo, Jalisco. He made his way to Santa Barbara, CA and made it his home. Here, he met his wife, Piedad and raised their three children: Wendy, Maritza, and Francisco Jr. My father was diagnosed with dementia/Alzheimer’s in November 2017 and in the last few weeks progressed immensely, resulting in his death. On September 24, 2018, our family lost a father, husband, brother, grandparent, and friend. We are kindly asking for funds to aid in funeral expenses, as his death was unexpected.
