In memory of Daniel Sawyer 2025

On Emma’s behalf: “On the 21st May 2022 our beautiful Daniel passed away suddenly from silent heart disease this means he had NO symptoms !! Two weeks prior he had been for a general check up with the doctors and all his levels were within the government’s guidelines !! So please join me & our boys in making a difference?
