In Memory of Citlalli & Jesse

On August 24th, our family lost two beautiful and loving human beings who lost the opportunity to accomplish their many goals and dreams. Jesse and Citlalli had their entire lives ahead of them and many great things to accomplish and frontiers to conquer.
Our little angels were 10 and 13 years old when God decided that it was time for them to come home. Our hearts have been broken from hearing the news and the pain we are feeling as a family is unimaginable.
This sudden loss has shaken our family to the core and needless to say, we are still reeling from this tragedy and searching to make sense of this entire situation. But, despite our sorrow and sadness, it is our responsibility to provide a special, caring and love-filled farewell to our beloved Jesse and Citlalli, because that is what they were, special, caring and love-filled children.
At such a young age, they were already noble, kind, hard-working, compassionate leaders in our family and our community. They taught us all so much and brought so much joy and happiness to our entire family and all the friends and mentors that became like family to them. From the living room to the classroom to the soccer field, their loving and beautiful smiles lit up the space and softened our hearts.
Every cent will be going to their funeral expenses and medical costs and we are hopeful for any type of assistance in helping to give them a proper farewell and honor their memory. All funds will be collected by my uncle, Sidonio, who will directly give all funds to my aunt and uncle, the parents of Citlalli and Jesse. We really appreciate your love, care and prayer for our two beautiful angels.

El 24 de agosto, nuestra familia perdió a dos seres humanos hermosos y amorosos que perdieron la oportunidad de lograr muchas de sus metas y sueños. Jesse y Citlalli tenían toda su vida por delante y muchas cosas grandiosas que lograr y fronteras que conquistar.
Nuestros angelitos tenían 10 y 13 años cuando Dios decidió que era hora de que volvieran a casa. Nuestros corazones quedaron destrozados al escuchar las noticias y el dolor que sentimos como familia es inimaginable.
Esta pérdida repentina ha sacudido a nuestra familia y todavía nos estamos recuperando de esta tragedia y estamos buscando dar sentido a toda esta situación. Pero, a pesar de nuestra tristeza, es nuestra responsabilidad brindar una despedida especial, cariñosa y llena de amor a nuestros amados Jesse y Citlalli, porque eso es lo que eran, niños especiales, cariñosos y llenos de amor.
A una edad tan temprana, ya eran líderes nobles, amables, trabajadores y compasivos en nuestra familia y nuestra comunidad. Nos enseñaron mucho a todos y brindaron tanta alegría y felicidad a toda nuestra familia y a todos los amigos y mentores que se convirtieron en una familia para ellos. Desde la sala de nuestros hogares hasta el salón de clases y el campo de fútbol, sus sonrisas amorosas y hermosas iluminaban el espacio y ablandaban nuestros corazones.
Cada centavo se utilizarán para sus gastos funerarios, costos médicos y para ayudarnos a despedirlos adecuadamente y para honrar a su memoria.
