In Memory of Carlos Mora

On May 6 2020, Gino's Pizza of Babylon lost Carlos Mora in a car accident in West Babylon while he was making a delivery. He was 49 years old.
Carlos has been a member of the Gino's family for more than 12 years.
Anyone who has ordered Gino's pizza in the last 12 years would have likely had an order delivered by Carlos.
When we were all hunkered down during Superstorm Sandy, Carlos continued to deliver food to people's homes, helping them feel a sense of normalcy.
When we were all stuck inside for snow days, Carlos delivered a warm meal with a smile.
And during this pandemic, as we are all required to stay home and safe, Carlos continued to work hard, bringing us our family dinners while limiting our exposure to the virus.
We are so grateful to have known Carlos, a man who brought so much joy to those he worked with, knew and happened to meet during his deliveries. He will always be remembered for his infectious smile, uplifting personality and determination to make people in his community happy. He will truly be missed by us all.
The money we are hoping to raise will be given to Carlos's family to hopefully alleviate some of the financial burden they are facing as a result of Carlos's sudden passing.
Every dollar will matter. And Gino's Pizza of Babylon will match each dollar up to the first $2,500 raised.
Carlos took care of us for more than a decade. It is time for us to take care of him.
