<div>Friends and Family,

<div>Yesterday, December 19th, our family experienced an unimaginable tragedy. Our beloved aunt Rosa, cousin Jazmin, and Jazmin’s young daughter were traveling home when their vehicle was struck head-on by a driver who illegally passed a semi-truck.
</div>
<div>Tragically, both Rosa and Jazmin lost their lives instantly. Miraculously, Jazmin’s baby girl survived with minor injuries but was flown to San Diego for medical care.
</div>
<div>We are asking for your support during this devastating time. Whether through a donation or by sharing this message, your help will go toward covering funeral expenses for Rosa and Jazmin, medical expenses for the baby, and ensuring she receives the best care for her autism. Your support will also help provide everything needed to help her adjust to this new life without her mom.
</div>
<div>From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness and generosity during this heartbreaking moment in our lives.

<div>Amigos y familiares,
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>

</div>
<div>As most of you know, my sister Nicole and brother-in-law Lupe have become the legal guardians of little Luna and have taken her in as their own. The GoFundMe team asked us to share that your generous donations will go directly to them. Every dollar will be placed into a savings account set aside for Luna’s future — to help give her the love, stability, and opportunities she deserves.

</div>
<div>We’re beyond grateful for the outpouring of love and support during such a difficult time. It’s brought us so much comfort knowing Luna is surrounded by a community that truly cares. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
