In Memoriam of Henry Colin Powell Smith
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Henry Colin Powell Smith.
He went into cardiac arrest Monday morning, was transported to the Queensway-Carleton Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario but did not recover.
Henry, our grandson, our son, our nephew, loving uncle, our brother, our friend.
May his light shine on forever bright in our hearts like headlights on the highway.
With the outpouring of support and requests to assist our family in this time, we welcome and ask for your support in this GoFundMe campaign. The proceeds will be shared to support the cost of services necessary for his "In Memoriam" and as well a donation in his name to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
As it is mental health awareness week, we honour him and his longtime advocacy by continuing his work on this important issue.
We welcome your thoughts, kind words, and prayers, but must ask that you respect our family’s privacy in our time of grieving.
Thank you and God bless.
