In Memorial of Tygh Thompson

Tygh Thompson passed away recently. He worked with the SAR Council, with Explorer Post 877, and with Multnomah SAR. The dedication and passion he brought to teaching and training has been appreciated by our members who benefitted from his expertise in search techniques. We can easily say we are a better unit because of him.


His shoes will not be easily filled.


His family has asked that donations be given to Explorer Post 877, in Hillsboro. Please consider a donation which will be offered in his name, from the members of Portland Mountain Rescue.
