<div>It is with heavy hearts that we share the heartbreaking news of the loss of our beloved father, Vicente Morgado. On January 18, 2025, our father tragically passed away in an accident while doing what he loved. He was a beloved man of La Joya and on most days you could catch him up on palm trees trimming and clipping in order to show case his adoration for this City.

<div>This man poured his entire being into doing what he loved and when you think of the words Vicente Morgado you can always picture a man with a cheerful spirit a warm heart unwavering kindness and infectious smile.He was a devoted husband, father, and friend, and his legacy will live on in the memories of all those who were fortunate enough to have known him.

<div>Our Father passed away doing what he loved and we received an earth shattering phone call.

</div>

<div>An accident had happened when he touched a cable that was too close to a branch he was trimming for the church of “Our Lady Queen Of Angels”. The saw he was using made contact with power lines and in doing so our Father got stunned and was trapped in a tree. By the time the paramedics could get him down two hours had passed and so had he.

<div>We write this not to show case our tragedy and the despair that has torn our hearts apart but to Elucidate you to what we as well as the City of La joya had to endure.

<div>We cherish the love and kindness that has been shown to us during this difficult time of need. Please know that anything can help and we are eternally grateful.

<div>Con gran pesar compartimos la desgarradora noticia de la pérdida de nuestro querido padre, Vicente Morgado. El 18 de enero de 2025, nuestro padre falleció trágicamente en un accidente mientras hacía lo que amaba. Era un hombre querido de La Joya y la mayoría de los días podías verlo podando y recortando palmeras para mostrar su adoración por esta ciudad. Este hombre dedicó todo su ser a hacer lo que amaba y cuando piensas en las palabras Vicente Morgado siempre puedes imaginarte a un hombre con un espíritu alegre, un corazón cálido, una bondad inquebrantable y una sonrisa contagiosa.

<div>Era un esposo, padre y amigo devoto. y su legado vivirá en la memoria de todos aquellos que tuvieron la suerte de haberlo conocido. El 18 de enero Nuestro Padre falleció haciendo lo que amaba y recibimos una llamada telefónica trascendental. Un accidente había ocurrido cuando tocó un cable que estaba demasiado cerca de una rama que estaba recortando para la iglesia de “Nuestra Señora Reina de los Ángeles”. La sierra que estaba usando hizo contacto con líneas eléctricas y al hacerlo nuestro Padre quedó aturdido y atrapado en un árbol. Cuando los paramédicos pudieron bajarlo, habían pasado dos horas y él también.

<div>Escribimos esto no para mostrar nuestra tragedia y la desesperación que ha destrozado nuestros corazones, sino para explicarles lo que nosotros y la ciudad de La Joya tuvimos que soportar. Apreciamos el amor y la bondad que se nos ha mostrado durante este difícil momento de necesidad. Sepa que cualquier cosa puede ayudar y estaremos eternamente agradecidos.
