He gave his time, his music, his whole open heart. That so many of us have gathered here says everything about who he was.

<div>Right now, his family is living through the unimaginable. And in the middle of the deepest grief, they are also facing everything that comes with a sudden loss: the funeral and memorial to honor him the way he deserves, the legal steps of caring for everything he leaves behind, and the work of protecting what he made, his music, his recordings, his unfinished projects, so that none of it is lost and his voice stays with us.

<div>They should not have to carry that weight alone. Not while their hearts are broken. And they don't have to, because he had us.
