In loving memory of Nathan Fielding
In January 2011 Nathan, aged 8 years old, was playing football at school; he scored a great goal and then suddenly had a cardiac arrest. Nathan amazed everyone, even the doctors and he survived, however his life was changed forever as he had a severe acquired brain injury. In 2012 Team Nathan was launched, his family, friends and the community all worked together and raised £8000 to equip Nathan with the most amazing sensory room at his home, this significantly improved the quality of Nathan’s life.
On Saturday 10th February 2018, at the young age of 15 years old Nathan passed away peaceful at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital with his loving family by his side. Nathan was a true warrior, he fought so many battles and he touched the heart of so, so many people.
Nathan, you will be truly missed XXXXXXXX
