In loving memory of my momma Valerie Jacobs

Hi, my name is Dawna(for those who don't know me) and I just received the worst phone call of my life on April 1st. A Sheriff telling me they found my mother deceased my heart shattered hearing these words over the phone 568 miles away... I live out of state and have no siblings.

My mother Valerie (if you knew her, you knew she) was such a witty, free spirited firecracker and spiritual person who loved the Lord, loved music, singing, and to Dance, she was always showing me and her grandkids off to everyone she met, She never missed a birthday either, she never hesitated to tell people what was on her mind, and stood up for the ones she loved through thick and thin whether right or wrong. She also loved her Grandchildren so much and would show them off to the world he was very proud of them and me always sending them small but sweet little toys whenever she could. She struggled with mental illness (diagnosed with bipolar, depression, and psychosis) and severe chronic pain. She loved hard and the best she knew how. Cause of death has not yet been determined, but I know she was not receiving the medical care she needed and was suffering. Unfortunately she was living on disability and didn't have anything she could leave behind but the memories I have of her.

So I am asking for donations to help me make the proper arrangements necessary for my momma's remains and to hold the events celebrating her life and mourning her passing. I truly appreciate your kindness during this heart breaking time❤️ Thank you.
