In Loving Memory of Marissa Murrow

My name is Kenzie Taylor and I am the current president of Sigma Kappa at the University of Central Oklahoma. Marissa is my sorority sister and a dear friend. On Saturday, October 3rd 2020, Marissa was in a tragic accident in Edmond Oklahoma where she was struck by a driver who was under the influence. After spending many hours in the intensive care unit, Marissa passed on at the age of only 19. As her sorority, we have decided to raise money for the Murrow family to help pay for any medical and memorial costs they may have. The money will be used to pay for her bills for her time in the intensive care unit and to pay for any funeral costs the family is faced with. Marissa's mother is the beneficiary of this campaign and will be receiving these donations directly. Sigma Kappa stands with Marissa and her entire family. We thank you for any donations you can make and we hope to spread awareness of driving under the influence and to also show the world how bright Marissa continues to shine.
