 It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we share the devastating passing of our beloved Maleek Avant Cofield. At just 20 years old, Maleek was taken from us far too soon, leaving a hole in our hearts that can never be filled.
</div>
<div>
 Maleek was a bright, vibrant young man who brought so much energy, laughter, and joy into the lives of everyone around him.
</div>
<div>
 As our family navigates this unbearable loss, we are facing unexpected financial burdens related to honoring Maleek's memory and giving him the peaceful homegoing he deserves.
</div>
<div>
 We have created this GoFundMe to raise funds for:
</div>
<div>
 Funeral and burial services
</div>
<div>
 Memorial expenses
</div>
<div>
 Support for the family during this time of grieving
</div>
<div>
 No family is ever prepared to lay a 20-year-old child, son, nephew, brother, and friend to rest. Any contribution, no matter how small, will directly support our family as we lay Maleek to rest. If you are unable to donate at this time, please consider sharing this page with your community and keeping our family in your thoughts and prayers.

<div>
 Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your love, kind words, and continued support during this difficult time.

 With gratitude,
