In Loving Memory of Luzviminda De Jesus Moss

My mom tragically lost her life on Sep 14, 2021.

My mother passed away after sustaining major injuries when a Jeep Wrangler hit her as she was in the crosswalk of Mira Mesa Boulevard, on her way home.

Preceding to this unforeseen event, we got a call from our Kidney Transplant coordinator that they’ve found a match and she was scheduled to receive her new kidney on Sep 22, 2021.

Her dreams have been shattered and our hearts are left completely broken. We miss her so much!

My mom was full of life and loved her family and friends with all her heart.

All funds raised will cover the transportation of her remains back home to the Philippines, final expenses and memorial.
