I write this in deep sorrow and heartbreak for the much needed and appreciated funeral and medical donations for my dear grieving friend Jennifer Clark and their family due to the unforeseen and devastating passing of their loving and now...sweet angel,Lily Clark in heaven.
Lily recently passed after sudden and unexpected flu complications that was diagnosed by an urgent care doctor after she was taken in on Friday December 27th 2019 with a sore throat and fever. She was then sent home with tamiflu meds directed by the doctor, but sadly that was just the beginning of a horrific battle! The following Monday December 30th just two days after the first visit Lily's parents rushed her back in because of increasingly worse symptoms that included not being able to breathe and having a green color to her. The urgent Care quickly called for ambulance transportation to eirmc hospital after her oxygen level was at only 60%. At the hospital oxygen masks were unsuccessful at helping her breathe so she was sedated and a tube was put down her throat instead and she was throwing up during this process. The hospital then figured out that Lily had pneumonia and MRSA (methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus) https://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/understanding-mrsa#1-1 that had spread throughout and taken over her body, they also found swelling in her brain which resulted in bleeding. Lily was at eirmc in Idaho Falls and then in salt lake at primary children's hospital. Repeated brain tests showed no brain activity and Lily had never woke up since being sedated a week prior. She passed on Sunday January 5th 2020 at 4:23 p.m. surrounded by her loving parents and family.
Lily was an extremely beautiful bright and sweet young lady that had her whole life ahead of her! Her mother Jennifer and Dad Jose are hard workers with steady jobs. They recently had a baby girl totaling four children... Lily was almost 14 yrs old and was a straight A student in middle school; she left behind a big sister name Tahlia, a little brother Arian and her newborn sister Alina, along with her parents, family, and friends who adored her.
Her mother Jennifer went right back to work as a massage therapist after maternity leave she juggled mom duties and life but with this heartbreaking and life changing situation Jennifer and Jose took time off work to be by Lily's side.
We are asking for your donations of any amount that will greatly help them through this horrific time and to give Lily the funeral she deserves and then laid to rest. Bless your hearts and thank you!!!
