In loving memory of Kathy Balcewich

Never in a million years did we ever think that we’d be doing this for our Mother so soon. Kathy was a light in all of our hearts and loved by many many people. Bringing nothing but joy, love, ambition, and amazing memories that we’ll all carry forever within our hearts. She gifted her 3 daughters not only with life but lives worth living. Our parents showed us the real meaning of true love. Dan and Kathy were soulmates and showed us how strong love can be.

Kathy was not one of the lucky ones that passed easily. Her cancer was aggressive but so was her will to live. The loss of her hurts many people tremendously and while it is agonizing to accept, we send our love to anyone that has gone through anything similar. You can't explain the pain unless you've been there.

We, her family, want nothing but the absolute best arrangements for Kathy because it’s exactly what her kind soul deserves. Please help our family with the overwhelming end-of-life costs as well as the costs our family incurred by Dan being off work for over two months which allowed him to care for his wife day and night.  On the 9th of September, he was lucky enough to be able to hold her in his arms as she took her final breath and said goodbye to the love of his life.
