It is with a heavy heart we regret to announce the passing of our beloved mother Kathleen Ann Kraehling. Our mother had been missing for almost a decade, but sadly she has been found deceased. For almost ten years, nothing has come up in the search for our mother, until just recently. The last month has been incredibly difficult for our family, as we were given false hope from the Waterloo Regional Police that she may still be alive at a hospital in Hamilton. Sadly, it was not my mom and we had to begin healing from that mishap. As our family was grieving this traumatic incident, just two weeks later we found out that personal belongings of my mother's and human remains had been found. Many people loved our mother, and we take comfort in all of the support and kind words we have received.
Our mother was a wonderful, kind-hearted person, who sadly had to endure a life with mental illness. The funds of this campaign will be going to support the cost of my beautiful mother's funeral.
