We are raising money to help Jeremy's family give him the best send off he deserves. Jeremy left this earth at just 18 years old. The most beautiful soul who was loved by many. Everyone who knew Jez would know that he had a smile that would light up the room, always laughing and joking. The people close to us know how much he meant to me and my brother Tyrhys, to call him a best friend would be a huge understatement, he was our family, our brother. Gone too soon but never forgotten, always in our hearts. We love you. Rest in paradise Jez.
