In Loving Memory of Gilberto Santiago

É com muito pesar que damos a triste notícia do falecimento do nosso amigo, Gilberto Santiago, que chegou aqui nos Estados Unidos há menos de um ano. Nessa madrugada, do dia 12/17, executando o trabalho de tirar neve ele veio a óbito devido talvez de uma hipotermia ou de algum problema cardiovascular. O Gilberto fui um esposo maravilhoso para a Luma Santiago, e também um paizão da filha deles de 7 anos, Sofia. Eles eram uma família linda, simpáticos, e trabalhadores. O sonho do Gilberto era ter uma vida melhor pra sua família aqui nos Estados Unidos. Ele trabalhava noite e dia para poder realizar esse sonho. Estamos realizando uma ação comunitária em prol da família, pedimos a todos que puderem colaborar com as despesas do funerário e de mais gastos, contamos com vocês!
Tragedy has struck yet again in 2020 this kind, incredibly hard working man, Gilberto Santiago unexpectedly passed away this morning while working shoveling snow to provide for his beautiful wife, Luma, and their young daughter, Sofia. Sofia loves her daddy very much and they were incredibly close. Luma works at Miranda Bread and is one of the kindest, most ambitious, most hard working, helpful, people you’ll ever meet. Their little family unit have only been in America for a short time and they were both working day and night to try to build a good life for themselves here. Gilberto was a sweet man, a talented jack-of-all-trades, and above all, a wonderful husband & amazing father.
I cannot imagine what Luma is going through right now. I just ask that you all pray for their family and if you could please donate to help cover funeral expenses & help them to continue their chance of building the beautiful American Dream that Gilberto has always wanted for his family
