In Loving Memory of Gilbert Herrera 
 
 
 Gilbert Herrera was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and friend—a man whose life was defined by service, faith, and love. He proudly served his country as a U.S. Army veteran and dedicated 38 years of his life as a pastor, leading with compassion and a faith that truly moved mountains. His love for God and for people was evident in everything he did. Gilbert continued to live each day with gratitude, kindness, and purpose. He never stopped spreading love, offering warmth, and touching lives through every encounter. His spirit remained strong, and his heart remained open. 
 
 
 As Gilbert joins the Lord in the heavens above, we take comfort in knowing that his legacy lives on—in our hearts, in our faith, and in the countless lives he impacted through his ministry and his example. During this difficult time, our family is coming together to honor his life and lay him to rest with the dignity and respect he deserves. Any support, whether through a donation, sharing this fundraiser, or keeping our family in your prayers, means more than words can express.  Gilbert Herrera fue un esposo, padre, abuelo, bisabuelo, tío y amigo devoto—un hombre cuya vida estuvo definida por el servicio, la fe y el amor. Sirvió orgullosamente a su país como veterano del Ejército de los EE. UU. y dedicó 38 años de su vida como pastor, guiando con compasión y una fe que realmente movía montañas. Su amor por Dios y por las personas era evidente en todo lo que hacía. Gilbert continuó viviendo cada día con gratitud, amabilidad y propósito. Nunca dejó de esparcir amor, ofrecer calidez y tocar vidas en cada encuentro. Su espíritu permaneció fuerte y su corazón siempre estuvo abierto. 
 
 
 Ahora que Gilbert se une al Señor en los cielos, nos consuela saber que su legado vive en nuestros corazones, en nuestra fe y en las innumerables vidas que impactó a través de su ministerio y su ejemplo. Durante este momento difícil, nuestra familia se une para honrar su vida y darle el descanso que merece, con dignidad y respeto.
