Everly Zinnia Jacobs

On December 26th 2017, our family lost a precious baby girl.  Gone from our world much too soon and leaving us devastated.  Everly Zinnia Jacobs, age three and a half, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep leaving behind her mother Raelynn, father Philip, and sisters Isabela and Aricela.  Our family finds comfort in knowing that she has gained her wings and that her great-grandparents were there to meet her in Heaven.  We have set up a gofundme page to help the family with funeral and other unexpected expenses.  Thank you and God Bless.
