<div>He was famously silly, always quick with a joke, and never met a stranger he couldn’t turn into a friend. A loyal regular at his favorite local spots—IHOP, Silver Diner, and El Mariachi—Jefe was known by name and by order. He brought joy and laughter wherever he went, even in life’s smallest, everyday moments.

<div>Eligio leaves behind his beloved wife, Lagrimas, and her son. As they grieve the loss of such a vibrant, loving man, we are reaching out to ask for your support.
