In loving memory of Eleazar Daniel Fernandez

Eleazar Daniel Fernandez, the son of
our dear Mayra Tellez, went home to our Lord this past March 28th, 2020.  Eleazar died abruptly of health complications a few days after contracting COVID-19 at the age of 25. He was also an Army veteran.

We want to come alongside her mother, Mayra and provide some financial relief as they face this difficult time. Please consider a generous donation toward funeral costs, and any other needs they will be facing in the coming weeks and months.
