On October 4th, our family experienced a heartbreaking loss that words cannot fully explain. We lost our beloved Eddrick Malik Bethune, and our hearts have been broken ever since.

Eddrick was the baby of our family, a little brother who will forever hold a special place in our hearts. No matter how old we get, he will always be our baby. Losing him has left an emptiness in our family that can never truly be filled. We are grieving, trying to process the pain of his absence, and struggling to accept that someone we love so deeply is no longer here with us.

Along with the overwhelming heartbreak, our family is now facing the financial burden of laying Eddrick to rest. Unfortunately, we do not have enough money to cover his funeral and burial expenses. During a time when we should be able to focus on mourning our brother and honoring his life, we are left worrying about how we will give him the proper farewell he deserves.

We are humbly asking our friends, family, community, and anyone who feels moved to help to please consider donating to support us during this difficult time. No donation is too small, and every contribution will help us get closer to bringing our family together to say our final goodbyes to Eddrick.

If you are unable to donate, we completely understand. Sharing this fundraiser, keeping our family in your thoughts, and offering a prayer or kind word would mean more to us than you know.

We never imagined having to ask for help to bury someone we love, especially our baby brother. Our family is hurting in ways that are difficult to put into words, and we are doing our best to get through each day without him.

Eddrick Malik Bethune, you will forever be loved, forever be missed, and forever be a major part of our family. We pray that we can come together with the help of others to give you the farewell you deserve.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who donates, shares, prays, or helps us in any way. May God bless every person who stands with our family during this heartbreaking time.
