In loving Memory of Doug Fernihough
Donation protected
Doug was a loving husband, wonderful father and grandfather, beloved brother, cherished uncle and loyal friend.
On November 16, 2017, Doug was working at a mid-week race meeting in Northam when he was struck by lightning, and suffered a heart attack and internal injuries.
He was initially unresponsive but was then revived and rushed to Royal Perth Hospital in a critical condition.
Typical to his nature, Doug put in a good fight, however, was unable to win. Doug passed away on November 22 surrounded by his loved ones.
This has happened so suddenly and we hope by raising some funds we can take the stress off his wife, Pauline, and two sons, and allow them to focus on grieving this terrible tragedy.
Any donation will be greatly appreciated. If you cannot afford to donate but wish to help, please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers.
