It is with my deepest condolences that I write today that my dearest friends, Hallie and Jeremy Cabatingan, have suffered the loss of their daughter, Charlee.
Charlee was struck by a vehicle while riding her bike through a crosswalk on Thursday evening, September 21, 2017; she was only 6 years old.
Charlee was a beautiful, fun, and happy little girl with an amazing spirit. As Jeremy wrote, "Charlee had the most amazing soul. She was perfect in every way and we cannot begin to fathom the hole she has left in our lives."
No parent should have to suffer the loss of their child and should be given the opportunity to grieve in peace, without having to focus on the financial burdens that come along with such a loss.
We have set up this GoFundMe account and request your donation in order to help the Cabatingan's pay for final resting expenses, food for the family, or to simply give them the ability to grieve without the added stress of "where the money will come from".
Charlee is survived by her parents, Hallie and Jeremy, her brother, and three sisters. Any donation will help, but above all else, please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers as they endure this tragic loss.
