A devoted fiancé to Krystal and a loving father to Noah, Landon, and Arianna, Billy was the embodiment of joy. He lit up every room he entered with his infectious laughter and boundless spirit. Always the life of the party, he had an incredible knack for making everyone feel included and cared for.
