In Loving Memory of Aria Mary Parks

Dear RWJ Class of 2015,
It is with a heavy heart that I am reaching out to everyone and asking for your support. One of our classmates, Kevin Parks and his wife Michele, have tragically lost their new baby girl, Aria Mary Parks. Aria was only 4 days old when she passed away peacefully in the embrace of her parents. Below is taken from Kevin's Facebook post:
"As you may or may not already know, Michele and I experienced the tragic loss of our daughter, Aria Mary Parks. Born on September 19, 2018, Aria passed away peacefully, in our embrace, on September 23, 2018.
Michele and I will be holding a memorial and celebration of the life of Aria Mary. Services will be held at Zumbro Lutheran Church on Thursday, September 27 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. A small social gathering with bars and cookies will follow.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, we request that donations be made to Zumbro Lutheran Church. Donations will be used to support Zumbro’s Open Table program, a weekly meal program that feeds underserved children and others in need of nutrition in the Rochester community. Checks can be made out to “Zumbro Lutheran”. You may include “Open Table” in the memo line.

I was hoping that we could make a size-able donation as a class of 2015 to the above mentioned charity as a sign of love and support for the Parks family. Understandably some of us are still in residency and some have become new attendings and so everyone will have different financial situations. I am proposing a $25 donation from everyone in the class and please feel free to donate more or less depending on your situation.
I am hoping to give the donation by the morning of 9/27/2018.
Please send this along to any members of the class of 2015 that you are in contact with as I was not able to get everyone's contacts.
