THE STORY:
Addiction has been no stranger to Emily in her life.
At the age of 14, Emily was expelled from the 8th grade for snorting Vicodin on school property. When she was in college her Aunt overdosed from Heroin. Then around the age of 20, her own struggle with addiction started. Today, Emily is currently 5 years sober!!
Change is possible. I am living proof! :)
Emily’s mission is to annihilate the stigma around addiction, to provide listeners with the tools, guidance, and motivation to help them navigate through their recovery and personal growth one day at a time. Emily focuses on living a positive, healthy, and sober lifestyle, and uses her podcast as a platform for sharing inspiration with others who want to live the same way. Emily provides a community for sober, like-minded women & men in recovery around the world.
She started In Lehmann's Terms Podcast as a way of sharing the stories of different people overcoming life's struggles and sharing how you can overcome anything and plan for a more positive future.
