In Honor of Julie Rose Wells

Julie Rose Wells left this life on January 18, 2018. Her departure was unexpected. As Julie would say, however, she had her own sense of timing and prided herself on being a bit unpredictable. I was lucky enough to count her as one of my closest friends for over 15 years... We went through a lot together, to say the least. Julie leaves behind her husband, James, children James Morgan, Anne, Jake, Caleb, Stuart and her extended family of their spouses, her 5 grandchildren, sister Jennifer, and her mother. Julie also leaves behind a network of people across the country who loved her, and knew they were loved by her. A gifted healer, every place she touched became a magical den of safety, compassion, laughter and love. She remains one of the most courageous people I have had the honor to know, while also managing to be one of the most loving and vulnerable. All of us will miss her and I simply cannot imagine our world without Julie’s indomitable spirit inhabiting every nook and cranny of it. Since her death was unexpected, her family needs help with funds for her cremation and her Celebration of Life to come. Any amount is greatly appreciated. Her final expenses remain unknown since the bills have not finished coming in, but I believe that $4000 is close. $2000 of this is needed immediately, for her cremation.
