In honor of Jae Gu Yoo

Jae Gu Yoo was a talented engineer at National Instruments in Austin who died at a tragically young age on February 22, 2018.

Jae was a good friend to many people, including his colleagues at NI, who held him in the utmost respect. Jae was a problem solver who took on many difficult challenges to help his co-workers and to improve NI’s products.  He was also a devoted family man and was active in his church.

His death following a brief illness came as a shock to everyone who knew him, but especially hard hit was his family.

This campaign is to raise funds to help his widow and children stay on their feet financially during this transitional time in their lives. The money raised will be provided to them to help them pay for funeral expenses as well as daily living expenses as they await life insurance settlements. The family will need these funds as soon as possible.

All money raised will be given to his widow, Eun Joo, to use as she deems necessary. Jae’s manager at NI, Michel Farhi-Chevillard has set her up to be the sole beneficiary of this campaign.
