<div>Seit Jahren spiele ich mit dem Gedanken, eine eigene Bar aufzumachen und nun, knapp vier Jahre nach den ersten, noch als verrückt abgetanen Ideen dazu, wird es Realität - oder wie meine Mutti es so schön pathetisch sagte, <em>"Du verwirklichst deinen Traum."</em>.

<div>Dieser Traum, die<strong> 32-16-8</strong>, wird eine modern geführte Kneipe in Moabit sein - ein Ort, an dem sich alle begegnen und bei ihrem Lieblingsgetränk ins Gespräch kommen. Im Zentrum steht der <strong>Tresen samt gut gelauntem Personal</strong>, das sowohl menschlich als auch getränkezubereitungstechnisch für alle da ist. Mein Anspruch ist es, <strong>jede Person willkommen zu heißen</strong> und <strong>insbesondere für Frauen </strong>einen Ort zu kreieren, an dem sie sich sicher, gesehen und respektiert fühlen. Als Frau, die seit vielen Jahren in Bars und Kneipen arbeitet und sich dementsprechend viel dort aufhält, ist mir das ein besonderes Anliegen.

<div>Ich liebe alte, originelle Schänken und möchte ihre Traditions in zeitgemäßer Form fortführen: Berliner <strong>"Engelhardt" vom Fass</strong>, <strong>Jukebox</strong> und <strong>Goldplaketten</strong> am Tresen treffen auf <strong>Sekt vom Fass</strong>, einen <strong>Kicker</strong> und die Möglichkeit der <strong>Kartenzahlung</strong>.
