<div>Keepsmylin is a CIC for people with Multiple Sclerosis run by 3 x MS survivors based in South London.

<div>We have all battled and are fighting this complex incurable condition using diet and exercise and we actively encourage and support our group members to do the same. The results have been life changing for many.
</div>
<div>We provide 121 support through home visits and calls. Regular peer to peer support through virtual meetings and group chats in addition to trips and outings.
</div>
<div>Life does not stop at MS and we run things we are not dictated to by our conditions, we work, enjoy our families and are valuable contributing members of society.
</div>
<div>More than that we have inspired many "able bodied" people in work, business and life to pursue their dreams and enjoy life.
</div>
<div>There is so much more we want to do to support more people with MS however everything we have done for the past 8yrs has been self funded.
</div>
<div>Keep Smylin would like to offer more consistent support to more people and include life changing resources such as Neuro Physio, Counselling and Therapy, Careers and benefit support along other Holistic treatments such as Oxygen therapy.
</div>
<div>We want to enrich the lives of warriors who have often been described as "sufferers". As difficult and at times painful as the condition may be live with we have experienced a better way to manage the symptoms and would like others to benefit too.
</div>
<div>There have been improvements in mental and physical health for our group members and we would love for more MS warriors join us in winning the battle against Multiple Sclerosis.
