<div>Hi, my name is Kyle and I’m running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for the development and implementation of LGBTQ+ support groups in the South Wales Valley.

<div>Many LGBTQ+ individuals in the South Wales Valleys face isolation, stigma, and limited access to inclusive support services. Mental health disparities remain high, with stress, anxiety, and loneliness being common challenges. This project seeks to establish a safe and affirming LGBTQ+ support group in the Valleys that provides both peer support and practical tools for wellbeing.

</div>
<div>To create a safe, inclusive, and confidential space for LGBTQ+ individuals in South Wales.
</div>
<div>To deliver practical workshops on stress management, coping skills, and resilience.
</div>
<div>To build community connections, reducing social isolation and promoting belonging.
</div>
<div>To invite guest speakers (e.g., LGBTQ+ role models, health professionals, activists) to inspire and educate.
</div>

<div>Any donations would be hugely appreciated to help build resilience, improve wellbeing and foster a safe and supportive environment for a community that is currently under threat.
