THE LORD IS SENDING ME TO ROMANIA!
This September I have the wonderful opportunity of going to Romania on a short-term project with my church, Stevens Street Baptist Church, and Partners in Missions International. God has put this trip on my heart and I desire to go and be used by Him for His glory to minister to the people of Romania.
The trip is scheduled for September 8, 2018 through September 17, 2018. Ministry opportunities being planned include setting up medical clinics in the gypsy villages of Romania, like what you see in the picture above. We will provide medical care to people of all ages with a wide range of illnesses. We will even be able to provide glasses for those with visual impairments! I will be serving as a medical provider, as well as an important member of the witness team in sharing God's love and the Gospel with people who have never been served in this way before. Before this trip can take place, I need to trust God to provide a team of partners who will support me both in prayer as well as in finances.
The cost of the trip is approximately $2500, which includes all my travel, lodging, and food. If the Lord leads you to support me financially, please consider donating to this GoFundMe account. Any funds exceeding the goal of $2500 will be applied to another team member's expenses!
If you are unable to participate financially at this time, I ask that you instead pray for our missions team as we prepare to go and spread the Gospel. More importantly, I ask that you pray for the Lord to prepare the hearts of the people of Romania we will encounter, that they will gladly hear the Good News and accept Jesus as their Savior.
